Please read these terms carefully before using the ObesityCPD website or booking a course. By accessing this site or submitting a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

About ObesityCPD

ObesityCPD is operated by Primary Care Obesity Society and provides CPD accredited obesity medicine training for healthcare professionals. Our courses are designed for GPs and other clinicians working in primary care.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, or transmits harmful or offensive content. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at our discretion.

Course bookings

Submitting a booking enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received in full via our Stripe payment page. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses and will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at alunlloyddavies@hotmail.com. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the course date are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to a colleague or a future course date subject to availability.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including course materials, text, images, and resources — is the intellectual property of Primary Care Obesity Society unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer

Course content is intended for qualified healthcare professionals and is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute clinical advice for individual patients. ObesityCPD accepts no liability for clinical decisions made on the basis of course content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primary Care Obesity Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or attendance at a course. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
